Terms of Service
Last updated June 5, 2026
These Terms explain how you may use MVP Shelf, including our website, free tools, prototypes, voting features, request forms, feedback features, and related services. Please read them before using MVP Shelf.
1. Who We Are
MVP Shelf is currently operated by Vitaliy Pshichenko as an individual project. In these Terms, "MVP Shelf," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of MVP Shelf and the MVP Shelf website, tools, prototypes, pages, and related services.
You can contact us at pshichenkovitaliy@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance Of These Terms
By accessing or using MVP Shelf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MVP Shelf.
These Terms apply to all MVP Shelf websites, pages, tools, prototypes, request forms, voting features, feedback features, email updates, and related services, including services available through mvpshelf.com, mvp-shelf.web.app, mvp-shelf.firebaseapp.com, and any related domains or subdomains we use.
3. Experimental Tools
MVP Shelf is a public shelf of free and experimental software tools. Many tools may be prototypes, MVPs, early tests, unfinished experiments, or lightweight utilities. They may change, break, become unavailable, be deprecated, or be removed at any time.
We do not promise that any tool will be maintained, supported, error-free, secure, accurate, available, or suitable for your specific purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any tool.
4. No Professional Advice
MVP Shelf tools and content are provided for general informational, creative, productivity, educational, and experimental purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, safety, engineering, compliance, or other professional advice.
You should not rely on MVP Shelf for high-risk, regulated, emergency, safety-critical, or professional decisions. Always verify important outputs before using them.
5. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use MVP Shelf. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use MVP Shelf only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
MVP Shelf is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Accounts And Anonymous Sessions
Some MVP Shelf features may use accounts, anonymous sessions, third-party sign-in, or similar authentication features. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, device, browser, or session.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to any account, session, vote, request, feedback submission, or feature if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, abuses the service, or harms MVP Shelf or other users.
7. Requests, Ideas, Feedback, And Submissions
MVP Shelf may let you submit tool requests, ideas, feedback, comments, use cases, complaints, feature suggestions, votes, price-intent answers, or other input. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or private information that you do not want us to see or use.
You keep whatever rights you have in your submissions. However, by submitting ideas, requests, feedback, suggestions, or other content to MVP Shelf, you give us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publish, display, distribute, analyze, improve, commercialize, and create derivative works from those submissions for any purpose related to MVP Shelf, our tools, our products, our services, our marketing, or our business.
We may use submitted ideas, requests, feedback, or suggestions to build, improve, test, market, or commercialize tools or products without paying you, crediting you, or asking for additional permission. We are not obligated to build, maintain, publish, or respond to any submission.
8. Public And Private Submissions
Requests and feedback may initially be reviewed privately by us. We may later publish, summarize, quote, edit, aggregate, anonymize, or display submissions, including requests and feedback, to show what people want, explain product direction, improve tools, or market MVP Shelf.
We will try to avoid publishing your email address or directly identifying personal information unless you have clearly allowed it or it is otherwise permitted by law.
9. Voting And Usage Signals
MVP Shelf may let users vote on tools, request tools, try tools, answer questions, or otherwise signal interest. These signals help us understand what people want and what may deserve to become a more complete product.
You may not manipulate votes, automate fake activity, create abusive duplicate accounts or sessions, interfere with measurement, or misrepresent demand.
10. Emails And Updates
If you provide your email address, you agree that we may email you about requested tools, MVP Shelf updates, new tools, product news, feedback opportunities, and related announcements.
You may opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email, replying with an opt-out request, or contacting us at pshichenkovitaliy@gmail.com. We may still send transactional, legal, security, or service-related messages where appropriate.
11. Privacy
We aim to collect only what we need to operate, improve, protect, and understand MVP Shelf. This may include information you submit, such as requests, feedback, votes, email addresses, and other form responses, as well as technical and usage information such as device, browser, session, authentication, and interaction data.
We may use service providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, database providers, email providers, spam-prevention tools, and other infrastructure providers to operate MVP Shelf. These providers may process information on our behalf.
We do not intend to sell your personal information. A separate Privacy Policy may provide more detail about what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights may apply to you.
12. Third-Party And External Tools
MVP Shelf may link to, embed, list, discuss, or display tools, websites, products, content, or services created by third parties. Some tools may be labeled as external, unverified, verified, maintained, deprecated, prototype, or similar.
Labels, badges, descriptions, or links are provided for convenience and do not guarantee safety, quality, security, legality, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing third-party tools and deciding whether to use them.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, content, code, privacy practices, security practices, transactions, or damages.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MVP Shelf to:
- violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right;
- submit malware, harmful code, phishing content, spam, scams, or deceptive material;
- attack, probe, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or interfere with MVP Shelf or its infrastructure;

14. Intellectual Property
MVP Shelf, including its name, branding, design, text, software, tools, pages, interfaces, graphics, code, databases, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MVP Shelf for personal, internal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes, unless a tool or page clearly says otherwise.
You may not copy, resell, repackage, frame, misuse, or exploit MVP Shelf or its tools except as allowed by these Terms, by a separate written agreement, or by applicable law. If a specific tool is released under an open-source license, that license will control for that tool.
15. AI And Automated Features
Some MVP Shelf tools, labels, summaries, recommendations, or features may use AI, automation, algorithms, or third-party systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your use case.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in any decision or workflow.
16. Donations, Paid Features, And Future Products
MVP Shelf may offer free tools, voluntary donations, paid features, sponsorships, builder listings, marketplace features, or more complete products in the future. Unless we say otherwise in writing, donations are voluntary and do not purchase any guaranteed service, support, feature, placement, maintenance, or outcome.
Payments and donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless we choose otherwise at our sole discretion. Additional terms may apply to future paid products, builder features, marketplace features, or subscriptions.
17. Changes To MVP Shelf
We may add, change, limit, suspend, replace, remove, or discontinue any part of MVP Shelf at any time, including tools, pages, features, votes, requests, labels, integrations, domains, or availability.
We are not liable for any change, suspension, removal, downtime, data loss, or discontinuation of any part of MVP Shelf.
18. Disclaimers
MVP Shelf is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that MVP Shelf will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, maintained, or free of harmful components. You use MVP Shelf at your own risk.
19. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP Shelf and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, security incidents, third-party conduct, tool errors, unavailable features, or reliance on outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to MVP Shelf will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us to use MVP Shelf in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.
Some laws do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MVP Shelf and its operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of MVP Shelf, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
21. Termination
You may stop using MVP Shelf at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to MVP Shelf at any time if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, causes harm, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections about submissions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
22. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when these Terms were last changed. Your continued use of MVP Shelf after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using MVP Shelf.
23. Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
To the extent a dispute is not resolved informally and is allowed to proceed in court, you and MVP Shelf agree to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires another forum.
24. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and MVP Shelf regarding your use of MVP Shelf. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our permission. We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.
